Booking & No-Show Policy:

Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

Rescheduling:
We appreciate when clients notify us in advance to reschedule or cancel sessions. If you need to change your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so we can accommodate your request without penalty.

No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered used and counted toward your package or will be billed as a full session if booked individually.

To reschedule a missed session, a $40 rescheduling fee will apply. This fee helps cover the lost time and allows us to keep scheduling fair for all clients.

Refunds:
Payments are non-refundable. However, we are happy to work with you on rescheduling as long as appropriate notice is given.
